Suddenly, I was besotted with the idea of creating a mini-ecosystem right in my backyard \u2014 a self-sustaining world where fish and plants harmoniously coexisted. No Michelin-starred meals here, but a hearty harvest of greens that I tossed into salads for my friends and family.
