They swam happily in the tank; I\u2019m pretty sure I was grinning like a kid on Christmas morning.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Things started to feel like they were really coming together\u2014until that Sunday afternoon when I noticed the water looked a bit murky. No problem, I thought. Just the excitement of the system kicking in. <em>Except that murkiness soon turned a terrifying shade of green<\/em>. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Now, I\u2019m no aquatic biologist, but I quickly had an inkling that something was seriously off.
